Pros
COVID Case Investigators (CIs), Senior CIs, Team Leads, and upper management all worked with purpose and dedication during a very challenging time in history. The work was difficult, heart-breaking, rewarding, frustrating...important. Everybody on the team - at all levels - understood we were involved in something bigger than ourselves, and the level of support was second to none. This is a company that walks the walk - they are inclusive and truly believe in their core principles. In addition, they provided all the equipment we needed to do the job as remote workers. Health benefits were fair, and time off was generous. Pay was okay - nobody joined the COVID team to get rich...but I think we all came out of the job having gained more than money can buy. I loved MPHI and the work I did there.

I can't think of any cons. I truly loved my time on the COVID team. The company supported our team and valued the work we did.
