Great colleagues but long commute - Senior Management Analyst MPF Federal Employee Review

My experience with MPF Federal LLC was a well-organized payroll and HR department. They even made yearly video essays and/or meetings to guide their employees to apply for benefits and how to take advantage of them. Their leadership is always kind and willing to work with me and the client.

They are great for people who want to remain employed for a while but have no opportunity to grow. This is not that bad if all you want is a steady paycheck, on time.

I had a positive experience overall during my time at MPF Federal. My assigned supervisor was supportive, and while I didn’t have much direct interaction with the company after onboarding, the client I was contracted to work with was excellent. The team and management on-site were easy to work with, and I learned a lot during my time there.

The biggest downside was that after six months, the government contract ended unexpectedly. I had been promised a pay increase at the six-month mark, but it turned out that coincided with the contract renewal period. Unfortunately, the contract was not renewed, and although I was initially going to transfer to the new contract company, the government ultimately decided to cut the contract entirely. MPF Federal did not have any other positions to place me in at the time, so I was left without work.
