      Pros

      None, unless you're a butt smootching newbie.

      Cons

      Treatment of older and experienced employees is poor. Expect to be doing grunt work if you're an older Setup Technician. Pay raises are anemic at best. Wokeness and communism are taking over.

      Flexible with school, ability to switch departments, and lots of great experience to gain.

      Cons

      Employees could be compensated more, even just simple catered lunches more often.

      Pros

      Pay was good, not great. Good health coverage.

      Cons

      Executive Management is terrible and it all starts with the CEO Hank Kohl. Roles and responsibilities are not clearly defined. ERP implementation was a disaster but led by the CFO. Treatment of individuals was very unfair. No room for growth or other opportunities. They hired 4 VPs within 3 years due to friction with the CEO - HUGE Red Flag.
