High Caseload, Minimal Support - Anonymous employee MPB Group Employee Review

The clinicians at MPB Group are kind, supportive and willing to help newcomers. I have had such a positive experience with all of our staff. Job expectations are clear and the support/encouragement that we receive is empowering as well.

Sometimes caseloads are heavy but supervisors and Dr. Brewer are supportive and help us manage the stress that comes with this job.

When licensed and full-time, consistent pay is nice.

Lack of involvement from CEO, drama with fellow clinicians, little to no annual benefits, late working hours.
