      Pros

      The only pro that I can think of this job is that many of the post just require you to sit in your car and that is it.

      Cons

      When you're hired, they, will say "I got your back as long as you have mine" but that is a total lie. The company doesn't care. No one in management respects or values the employees. They just care about a body on a post. The company doesn't give raises either. The company will pay you a low 9 dollars an hour and if you work in the woodlands or further north, it drops your pay to 8 dollars an hour. You also have to do these 20 minute check ins, and if you miss them, they will dock your pay. Please stay clear of this company people.

      Flexible scheduling, great co-workers, and great training! Everyone treats you like family.

      Cons

      Quick decision-making skills is a must. You need to know what to do when something happens right away without hesitation.

      You get paid every Friday and hopefully they don't get your hours messed up.

      I worked for mp security and they were okay when I first started,their not a stabled company they mess over their employees checks and they move you to different posts every week;their phone app is trash and you won't get paid if their. App doesn't keep signal,waste of time,trying to work for them. I personally witnessed them allow coworkers to work even if they fail their drug test,They messed my check up and I missed $100 out my check and they refused to pay me for those hours all because of their app. Do not work for this Trashy company the supervisor is disrespectful. I worked hard for the company and was still mistreated and I have a family to support...DO NOT WORK FOR THEM OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
