      Pros

      This company is growing and knows how to take care of its employees. They have a good combination of older more experienced staff, mid level, and entry level personnel. They value real engineering and construction management and offer both horizontal and vertical disciplines, which gives a lot of opportunities for people to grow.

      Cons

      They are not as well known for its services but the team is really expanding its reach and building a strong reputation.

      Pros

      Depending on your manager, it can be a fairly simple job where you do what you're told and you're good to go. WFH two days a week with flexibility for doctor's appointments.

      Cons

      Unorganized structure for CADD users, rapidly expanding so managers are having to take cuts on benefits, if you are good at your job you will be picking up other people's slack. Benefits are only good if you live in New Jersey, otherwise you are SOL on easily finding a provider. Complaints and premiums have been raised but not fixed
