Pros

Got to expand and develop my skill set, otherwise, the company wouldn't be where it is. Free Tea and Coffee, Sometimes you get lunch and or dinner but this would normally involve working until 11 pm

Cons

Where to start? An egotistical maniac at the steering wheel who shows up when and if he wants to. Will play the sr management off against each other and will get rid of staff on a whim. Will call you at all hours and question what you have been up to. Mental health is an afterthought for this company. You will get no recognition for the systems and or processes that you put in to play and your wage will stay stagnant or might even fall depending on what new car the CEO gets. Don't trust the management team, don't trust HR, and for the love of all things holy don't get involved with the new build cash cow. Bullying within MOV8 is rife, and if you bring this up you will get "egg on your face". Do yourself a solid and run, run as fast as you can if the smiling new requirement joker approaches you!

Pros

Trauma bond for life with colleagues

Cons

There’s not enough words in the world to describe how awful this place is They’ll take away the bonus at any chance that they get You’ll responsibilities will only get bigger and you’ll be expected to know the job before your first paycheck People who have been in the job less than three months are training new starts

Pros

You'll be trauma bonded with some lovely people and pizza days to make up for the lack of pay or respect

Cons

No salary increases, terrible management, no HR processes, the office itself, no respect for staff, no culture, the owner who turns up in new cars as he underpays staff, the lack of training (you'll be given training by someone who was also never trained and had to improvise) and managers constantly lying. The staff turnover speaks for itself.
