Pros
The lack of management skills from management allowed for flexibility.
Cons
A lot of questionable business processes, like stealing other companies data with out actual proof of agreement.
Management are unprofessional, money hungry men. That will do anything for that dime.
They have so many signs about top 10 place for women to work, all over....but only have like 1 woman for every 15 men.
Avoid like the plague.
There is no room for growth, as it's an old boys club.
