Pros

Opportunity abounds! This whole company is a team is where everyone is unafraid to be themselves authentically, where discussions are had, and everyone and their opinions are valued. If you see something you want to change? You can. Feedback is taken seriously even if nothing can immediately be done, being heard is so vital to people but especially when teams grow in size. I can't speak highly enough of the opportunities I've been able to have here from Customer service, to Client services, to Workforce Management and now to IT. I've been fortunate enough to grow with MOO and help make a noticeable impact. If you put in the effort it is possible to change and evolve here. While I can't wait to see what's next in my journey I do hope that it continues to be with a splendid place like this! :)

Cons

I feel as though cons are hard to express through text as you can read them in tone you'd like. While my time here at MOO has been wonderful, I would say the only thing that's been tough at times is the guidelines of positions. At times it can be hard since there are a lot of gray areas and I'm the type to overachieve. At the same time there are also conversations that can simply be had with your supervisor that help to alleviate things and make you feel more grounded which I've been fortunate to have. While no company is perfect MOO does an excellent job of keeping the floor open for continuous (self/company) improvement and conversation.

Thank you so much for sharing your incredible journey with MOO! We're absolutely thrilled to hear that our team culture has allowed you to be yourself and contribute to various aspects of the company. Your growth from CS to IT is truly inspiring, and we're so grateful to have played a part in your journey. We appreciate your constructive feedback on the guidelines of positions, and we're glad to hear that open conversations with supervisors have been helpful. Your suggestion about more open-ended surveys is valuable, and we'll certainly consider that as we work to continuously improve our processes .Here's to many more moments together!

Pros

Hybrid, flexible, benefits are through the UK

Cons

Over the years, the company’s culture has steadily declined. What was once a positive and collaborative environment has shifted into one that appears to tolerate unprofessional behavior, reward favoritism, and lack strong leadership by example. Employees do not feel safe voicing concerns, even when those concerns are presented constructively with potential solutions. This has created a culture where open communication is discouraged rather than supported. There are also significant concerns regarding sales management. Leadership behaviors and work ethic at times fall short of expectations, with managers assigning responsibilities outside of employees’ defined roles, offering limited coaching, and not consistently demonstrating accountability. In some cases, work completed by team members is not appropriately recognized. Accountability overall appears to be lacking. Employees are frequently left feeling undervalued, which has contributed to low morale. While the organization promotes a commitment to work-life balance and a people-first (“keep it human”) culture, these values do not always align with the day-to-day employee experience. As a result, the company has experienced the loss of highly skilled and talented sales professionals. Recent organizational changes, including significant layoffs and the transition of roles to lower-cost regions, have further impacted trust. This has been particularly challenging given prior reassurances about job security. At this point, the organization has lost credibility with many employees due to these inconsistencies and decisions.
