We do want to clarify one point for anyone reading: our current hybrid approach asks fulltime colleagues to spend two days a week in the office (roughly 40% across a month), not three. Teams set anchor days to make in person time useful, and we keep flexibility for life’s realities and business needs. We also offer a “work from anywhere” benefit that allows colleagues to spend up to two weeks a year working from a location of their choice, with manager approval. We appreciate the feedback about clarity and will keep improving how we communicate changes to our model.
