Pros
Creative environment, trusting leaders, great office space, focus on collaboration, lots of great food, coffee, wine. Partners are good people who are trying to keep employees best interests central to company.
Cons
Sometimes hard to break into the "veterans circle" of those who had been at mono a while...felt a little like an exclusive club at times. Because of the flat structure it was also difficult for individuals to exert authority when needed, sometimes resulting in bruised feelings, confusion or inefficiency.
