Office location isn’t the best, but the office itself is very cool

I absolutely loved working here. It literally is the first ad agency where I truly felt that I was treated as an adult. They not only are super transparent with how you're doing and you're development at the agency; but, they are EXTREMELY transparent about eh company. They give an annual review to their employees on how the business is doing, future pitfalls, and hold a creative review from the past year at the local movie theatre. When they have lost or won accounts they immediately tell their employees the same day. They don't try to spin the information, they are direct and honest. I've personally produced the best work of my life because they developed and nurtured my growth while giving me and my team the freedom to explore and succeed creatively. The ONLY reason I left was to start a new adventure in a different city since I grew up in Minneapolis and wanted a new challenge. The moment I move back home they are the first agency I'll be hitting up.

Mono provides a ton of freedom to their creatives. If you are a go getter and self starter you'll not only be successfully but you'll flourish too. If you aren't and require direction from your CD (which many do) you will struggle here.
