      good 401K, medical and education benefits.

      Cons

      bad leadership and management. no clear directions. a lot of dumb, lazy people. lots of ass kissers. the hard working ones are not appreciated. not fully utilize of their human resources.

      Great job security, not likely to get laid off.

      Micro-management, and reserved company culture. The company is very very cheap. Little to no growth.
