Pros
The staff doing the work (for the most part) are great.
Cons
Regular redundancies (2 waves in 2023, 1 in 2024 (yes, it is only Jan but there have been redundancies already)) Nepotism is at the core of the business, you won't progress without some significant boot licking or being a family member Ego's run heavy in this agency! It's a congregation of a lot of small time people thinking they're big time - might be time to wake up and smell the coffee? Salary under market rate, and raises and promotions are scarcely given out unless senior leadership like you No benefits (no, Perkbox and Nectar are not substitutes for actual employee benefits) Mismanaged finances are commonplace across the business with supplier invoices going months overdue Financial audits are very frequent, leading to some speculation of "creative bookkeeping" Major business changes are made on whim, which seemingly contradict the last set of changes bought in They've been trying to crack the US market for years now, cannot successfully do so, so they've already shut one office down (San Francisco) and it looks like the other isn't far behind The only staff held accountable are those who don't fall into senior leadership Huge lack of diversity (UK company is 95% white, and all members of the board are male) Staff are encouraged to lie to clients to limit adverse reactions (evidence: staff were told to tell clients a member of staff had left the business on their own accord, when in reality they were made redundant)
