      Pros

      Working at MOGL has been the coolest and most exciting job experience I've had to date. It has been incredible working as an early-stage employee at a tech startup and the learning experience is invaluable.

      Cons

      The NIL industry is brand new and has been accurately compared to the wild wild west in that it is uncertain and changing at a fast pace.
