Unfortunately, I did not have a pleasant experience working here and witnessed some abhorrent behavior from upper management. Extremely belittling to clients and staff members, and unprofessional work environment - from inappropriate remarks, berating outbursts, to snarky, toxic and petty office politics. Employees are taken advantage of in many capacities and expected to work with limited resources and micromanaging upper management (who also falls asleep at their desks occasionally) General staff is very nice and hard working but are not set up for success and often don’t stay long enough to build any foundation of strong teamwork. In fact, they discourage employees from becoming friends - reasons for which I can only assume so I will not specify. In my time there, I witnessed 5 people quit in a matter of a few months. Thankful for the opportunity but I hope that this review serves as a honest and constructive criticism of the culture at large - and I only wish for the company to adapt to the changing times, culturally and professionally. To treat their employees with trust, respect and grace. It is scientifically proven that employee performance flourishes with a supportive work environment, otherwise like this agency, the employees are full of resentment and fear. I noticed there are many fake reviews on this page so I wanted to do my due diligence to give a proper representation as to what this agency is all about.
