Work load can be high at times

- Mode is committed to finding smart, kind people to employ; and they are willing to take a chance on anyone that fits that description. I had an unconventional hiring process, as I am in the process of switching career paths. So, I sent my resume along to see if they would entertain allowing me to interview for a non-existent job. After a thorough vetting process, they offered me a position. - Everyone seems to genuinely get along - Work/Life Balance, for me, is on point - Very Social, Young Environment - The office is right next to a brewery on the rail trail & is dog friendly - Leadership, including the partners, are attentive and involved

- I see some people emailing late, so I'm unsure about the Work Life Balance for everyone... but for me it's fabulous - My hiring process, as I've mentioned, was a little unconventional so the onboarding is a work in progress - Honestly, I don't have any real cons for myself
