      Pros

      Small company means you get your hands in each pot and wear many hats. Agile development, lean teams, free food, great co-workers. AND the view from the 10th floor was AMAZING.

      Cons

      60 hour work weeks for months at a time....no clear direction for market penetration. We should have hit the market much sooner, even if the product was not fully developed.
