Operations management uses bullying tactics to get his way and supports management that does the same. I have been granted vacation two months prior to the date of vacation and multiple times once the date comes they force me to change my ticket or ask my why I am leaving which I am pretty sure is illegal. The people who tend to think Mod is amazing are the ones who would have had no opportunities else where. The also love acting as my alarm clock and regularly call me at inappropriate hours about non emergency issues. They also promise promotions and then don't follow through.
