Training is pretty much non existent Management truly doesn’t care about your problems HR truly doesn’t care about any issues Yearly plant shutdown will eat up half of your two weeks vacation Management will give you many empty promises. No sick days Point system for missing punches, calling off etc. after 12 points they will fire you.
