      Pros

      It's a job. Everyone needs a job, even if it blows to go there everyday.

      Cons

      Everything. Company is not what it used to be. Hardly promote from within. always hiring crap employees and rarely firing those that should be but those that should not be. Pay is not competitive 2% raise every year.... which is approximately 25 cents on average. Cancellation of employee incentive programs because they are cutting corners. Not filling positions because of corning cutting. Entirely mismanaged. Management team is horrible.

      This is a great place to grow with lots of opportunities.

      Pros

      Clean environment, reasonably safe workplace.

      Cons

      Upper level management has very little understanding of manufacturing processes and consequently little respect for the job skills of the people in production. An offshoot of this is pitifully slow pay increases if promises are kept at all. Benefit costs eat up most wage increases on the production floor. Be ready to work an 8 hour and 10 minute shift with only a 30 minute paid lunch and no other break.
