      Pros

      Great career prospects, especially if you stay in and committed yourself. 6 weeks hols a year, adventure training , brilliant leadership model

      Cons

      24/7 work on ops, work life balance hard at times in over 18 years longest I was with wife was 31days in any consecutive period

      Pros

      It's a fun and laid back atmosphere in downtown Wake Forest, so close to a lot of stuff. Also employees get a free pizza or salad each shift!

      Cons

      Getting hours each week isn't always guaranteed. I was told I'd have 20 and it's been a steady 10. Also you don't know what position you'll be working until you arrive (which isn't that big of a deal since they're all pretty easy, but it would still be nice).
