      Pros

      MOD is the best ABA I’ve worked for. They take great care of their employees. If a client cancels they are quick to find a substitution for you. They respect RBTs here and listen to concerns. The BCBAs are very knowledgeable and provide you with support and are open to collaborative efforts.

      Cons

      Client cancellations but it’s part of the field and any company you go to.

      The pay is good. 7 days pto annually for full time. Retirement fund. Unlimited unpaid time off. Flexible schedule. Management responds pretty decently. Free work shirts provided.

      Limited options for when a client cancels last minute or when you need a coverage case.
