Pros
Overall, I had a great experience through my interview process with MOBE. My recruiter, Jaime, helped me understand the process so I knew what to expect along the way. Those I interacted with during my interview process, seemed quite happy with their role and experience with the company, were friendly and easy to talk to, and has also been evident in my time since starting.
Cons
Would say the only con I have thought of or encountered so far is that for clinical pharmacists, we are spread across the country, and I am the only one in the Reno office. However, this also provides the needed licensure coverage of multiple states that the company needs and the hybrid/remote work is favorable.
