      My work schedule is very flexible. The general feeling in the office is "As long as the work gets done, how it's done is up to you."

      The building is old and dirty.

      Long days and hard work but employees and management was great and I was treated extremely well.

      Cons

      Days started very early. But most jobs in this industry are the same.

      Pros

      Very flexible scheduling, remote/hybrid work is encouraged! The office environment is calm and laid-back. Senior management is approachable and friendly.

      Cons

      The pay is low. Health insurance is through United, which can be difficult to work with. The office building itself is very dated and in need of cleaning & updates.
