      MNGI is a good place for anyone looking to start their career. Many of the jobs don't require college degrees, and they appear to now provide internship opportunities as well. Tuition reimbursement can be a big help if seeking advanced degrees or certifications.

      Cons

      Minimal room for career growth, although you can move departments after six months. Many do not have to go through the hoops that some are advised to go through in order to attain leadership positions. Work tasks can snowball quickly.

      Very corporate which at first they don’t lead you onto during orientation. Strict with clock in and lunch break policies as well. Definitely another healthcare provider that will squeeze in as many patients as possible so they can make $$
