Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Very poor management at this company, very long hours, and management has no idea what they are doing. I can't imagine that this company will be here long. Generous vacation and work from home policy, but you'll never get to use it. Absolutely no work/life balance.

Pros

Compensation is very competitive and above industry average.

Cons

Leadership and management are the worst I have experienced in my career. Micromanagement is widespread, and employees are treated as replaceable rather than valued contributors. There is a clear lack of trust from leadership. Director of Operations openly stated they do not trust field technicians or employees. There is little to no upward support or advocacy for employees. When issues arise, the environment becomes a blame-focused culture rather than one centered on problem-solving or learning. Mistakes are met with reprimands rather than coaching or development. There is no positive reinforcement, and growth opportunities are limited due to the leadership style. Employees are often encouraged to disengage rather than improve, which speaks volumes about the environment. Turnover is extremely high. The highest I have seen and morale is consistently low. Many employees appear burned out and dissatisfied.
