      Pros

      Home office in Baton Rouge is a great lace to be, learn, and, grow. Pay is average. Good starting job to get you ready for a future career somewhere else.

      Cons

      Once you get to Estimator or project engineer at a district office be prepared to be stuck in that position forever even after good reviews from others. Unless you are from louisiana / went to LSU, and willing to let them move you around how they please, only then will you progress.

      I don't really have any pros for this place except it's close to home

      Cons

      I had an accident and they refused to do anything about it, they had me write a letter of the incident to corporate and when I asked for a copy they told me I couldn't have it so I snapped a picture when they turned away. I called corporate a week later and they never received it.
