Up and Down - Server MML Hospitality Employee Review

The work environment is healthy and supportive at my restaurant however I don't know across the board at all MML restaurants. They are very flexible on scheduling and off time, The pay is standard to low at my location but their are plenty of options for high paying positions at other restaurants.

Some higher up can be less than welcoming and are not always understanding but that mainly goes person to person and is not a company characteristic

They have good food and a lot of the people you work with tend to be nice.

Over worked, turn over rate is terrible and retention between it all is not a good pay for what you get in return
