Innovation is a constant - the variables that come are challenges not problems. Everyone is knowledgeable and willing to work as a team.

Unknowns. It is a startup company with few resources and limited access to funds.

Startups offer the most flexible schedules, the best opportunities for innovation, and the potential for rapid advancement. Additionally, there is a healthy spirit of cooperation among everyone to get things done.

The same flexible schedule that I liked also had the downside of being very long sometimes. You have to wear many hats in a startup, and the money isn't always there for both salaries/benefits and needed infrastructure support.
