Pros
There are few: -The work will prepare you for any project in the future. -You will have to seek out a more ambitious, unprepared, unaware, company that consistently undermines, disrespects and generally underappreciates it's staff and clients consistently -There are sometimes snacks... sometimes.
Cons
No Direction except a consistent phrase used "I want the crumbs". I don't there needs to be any elaboration on that fact. Begging for crumbs. Discrediting loyalty.
