Now that Seaway owns them culture is a major focus. The leadership team in place now cares and will work with you to achieve your and the company’s goals. I left a very hostile work environment and came here and I’ve never been happier. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a job that has fun and amazing coworkers.

One of the biggest cons is that this business gets judged for its previous leadership team and it has not been given a chance to prove themselves with the new team. I feel like our battle is a struggle because we have to fight back against all the bad the previous owners let brew.

Great 401k match and PTO accrual. The people and management team, currently, are extremely friendly and understanding. The work life balance has been great so far.

Sadly, this firm has faced lots of turnover after being acquired; this has led to various hiccups.
