      Pros

      Rapid evolving industry and you get to be at the bleeding edge of all things blockchain. Unparalled dealflow and some of the most interesting projects in the space. It is a decentralized environment so you need to be able to manage your time properly but as long as you get your work done you can be anywhere in the world which is a huge perk.

      Cons

      There are times when long hours are required and time zone differences with clients create weird schedules. Not your typical 9-5.

      Pros

      Access to interesting companies in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industries.

      Cons

      Don't believe the positive reviews, as they're only planted by incompetent "yes" men and women at the firm. This consultancy is a total joke run by completely inexperienced frat boys. C-suite titles are given to junior employees with less than 5 years of experience. There is no strategy, no foundation and no real understanding of what it takes to run and grow a company. The sales team lie to potential customers, and clients are given work done by interns once they are on board. With so much fraud in this industry, MLG Blockchain is just another dishonest player taking money from companies who believe their lies.
