Pros
As a technical person this is a interesting place to work. Good products to work on and serve high tech market.
Cons
The semi market they serve is very cyclic and the company often needs to hire and fire en masse. My salary was good but in so many other ways they are super cheap. Even in good years the business has mandatory shutdowns several times per year.
