Pros

** Be warned of any reviews prior to 2023. This company has quickly went downhill. ** I've forged strong professional relationships with many colleagues, some of whom have become close friends (trauma bonded).

Cons

Ego Driven - The influence of one owner's personal opinions overshadows strategic decision-making, best practices, and reasonable goal setting. Processes - While processes are in place, their implementation can be inconsistent, especially for internal projects. Digital Awareness - The company has a more traditional agency mindset and may not always prioritize digital strategies. Lack of Clearly Defined Roles - Although roles are defined, there can be overlap and confusion in their implementation. Low Morale - Employees often feel undervalued and overworked. Poor leadership, lack of communication, and a toxic work environment have led to high turnover and a general sense of dissatisfaction. The Work - The company has the potential to produce truly outstanding work, given some of the talent there. However, a lack of creative freedom and restraints put in place by the Chief Creative Officer hinders the realization of this potential. CCO - I'll second what another reviewer said -- "Chief Creative Officer is extremely controlling, and causes panic and havoc for the entire company. If you're not in his favor, you're in for threats, layoffs, or career stagnation."

Pros

Such a great group of people to work with. They make it easy to not only do the work each day, but enjoy doing it.

Cons

I can’t think of any.

Pros

Flexible work schedule and office time. Unlimited PTO. Can be fun sometimes.

Cons

Didn’t take getting new business seriously until it was too late. Essentially relied on one big client and when that client went to project based work, it was drastic. Before the end of the year we were told that things were a little rocky but not to worry and we had a really great year. 3 weeks later 25% of the company was laid off without any warning. Several people quit right after that in addition. And now they are hiring again 2 weeks after the lay offs. Too many people in middle management with high salaries. Not a ton of room for growth. Executives can be secretive and not transparent with the rest of the team. Begs for people to take surveys to then not go over results and what initiatives are being taken to improve once they are submitted. Keep favorites that aren’t always doing the best work. Spends money for appearances that the company apparently does not have.
