      Pros

      Fun people to work with. Some of the firm's leadership are top-notch bros. Not too corporate, not too Wall Street, just right.

      Cons

      Horrible compensation structure. Horrible. If you don't have something in writing with them, you don't have it. Poor work-life balance for compensation level. They're paying sub-boutique salaries, but you're working bulge-bracket hours.

      MKM had a great Health Care Plan and paid well for great performers

      Pros

      Great people, diverse offerings, Clients and corporates liked how hard we tried to produce excellent services. Probably provided internships to over 200 college students and I stay in touch with many.

      Cons

      They needed to move into banking and that is why they were acquired by an IB firm.
