I began working at MKM Partners right out of college so I really wasn't sure what to expect. Starting out as one of the younger people at the firm I found myself always asking questions and having to learn at a fast pace. All the departments at MKM were extremely helpful in my growth at the firm. The culture is one where employees share information amongst each other and go the extra mile in an effort to be help one another. Management has our best interests at heart, they are accommodating and fair. Since starting at MKM I have been the recipient of 3 promotions. A professional atmosphere, with a friendly working environment.
