      For Certain employees,The management don't care what time you come in and goes as long as your performance is good.

      Cons

      Small company. No advancement. Specially the Instrumentation & Controls Group. The top guy will never recommend you for a promotion.

      Great people, great bosses, good pay & benefits, great overall work environment, and flexible scheduling for a balance work/family lifestyle.

      Cons

      None, I highly recommend them. I only left because of a private family matter, unrelated to MKEC, that they were very understanding about.
