Terrible people at management. They do not care even if you are dying. They recruit you and they all of a sudden they can fire you without reason. They do not provide salary increment. I started at 4000 Riyal/month. worked for 6 yrs and my last salary was 4500 riyal/month. They do not have clear HR policies even after 10 yrs of operation. They do this on purpose to play with employees. And remember one thing. If you raise your voice for salary increment or any other thing they there is a 80% chance that you will be fired next. This happened with many employees. The managers (Coordinators/campus heads) are highly unskilled. They got this position because they joined this company in the early stage of establishment.

If one needs to get into Saudi Arabia and enjoy less no. of working days with paid holidays every now and then except rigid vacation of 30-35 days per year.

Starting salary is very less. Very low increment of about 200 on base salary annually. Ok for those who are unmarried and later on need to change employer. Gradually vanished casual leave policy
