The biggest drawback of this company is its management. The organization is essentially controlled by a small group of individuals who lack even the most fundamental management skills. There is little understanding of how to support, develop, or retain talent, and strong, dedicated employees often go unrecognized or undervalued. Decision-making is inconsistent and at times feels arbitrary — including terminations that happen without clear communication or reasonable justification. Overall, the lack of proper leadership results in a toxic atmosphere where employees don’t feel secure, supported, or appreciated.
