      The employees on the production line are friendly.

      Cons

      Management provides you with very little training, belittles you, micromanages you, and does not follow the steps of progressive discipline before they have you fired. You can try talking to HR about the way you are being treated prior to being fired but in my situation they never had time for me.

      Pros

      I just retired from MJS Designs Inc. after 15 years of working for them. The owners and upper management care very much about their employees. I had worked for 2 other companies prior to coming to MJS and this this is by far the best place to work for. All the employees are supportive and help each other.

      Cons

      no negative comments just sad I had to retire, I am 68 years old. I wish I had worked there longer.

      Unprofessional, be prepared to be ghosted by the company. Very low pay compared to industry.
