Unprofessional interview process - Anonymous employee MJS Designs Employee Review

I just retired from MJS Designs Inc. after 15 years of working for them. The owners and upper management care very much about their employees. I had worked for 2 other companies prior to coming to MJS and this this is by far the best place to work for. All the employees are supportive and help each other.

no negative comments just sad I had to retire, I am 68 years old. I wish I had worked there longer.

I have been the contract marketing partner for MJS Designs for 6 years. Dawn Visser, the company President, is highly involved in all aspects of the company. She respects the knowledge and expertise of each member of her team and takes a personal interest in their overall satisfaction with their working environment. I have engaged with many members of the team over the years and everyone is always professional, light-hearted and deeply committed to the customers, advancing technology and supporting each other in the process.

From a marketer's perspective: Many of the projects that MJS Designs are involved with are fascinating but highly confidential. They have worked on PCB boards that are used in everything from the Mars Rover to wildlife tagging to systems to help the disabled. The confidentiality trumps creating rich case studies or sharing the stories with local news.
