Pros

The only good thing about it was sharing the hate for the employers amongst the other people employed by them, we all shared the same experience and were able to try and make the time there a better time

Cons

Where do I start. I have been angry ever since I worked for them. I lasted a day and a half, a lot longer than most other people who were doing the same job. The way the company spoke to people was appalling, we were not allowed to have a toilet break or a lunch break, which is illegal. It was completely unfair as the beer on the back was extremely heavy, heavier than a suitcase you take abroad at 18kg. I am only a 17 year old girl and was not warned about the job itself, which is still a hard job for stronger built people, let alone myself. When I asked for a break, they told me to leave and she asked if I didn't hear her when I was waiting for my belongings. Before the job we were told we could keep tips, however this wasn't the case. They claimed it was for 'spillages'. On the first day, my machine was broken and leaked all over my backside, which they didn't care about. They told me to carry on without fixing it sufficiently, and the same problem continued to happen. They have high expectations which no one could achieve, this made them very angry and caused them to shout at people and talk about them in their first language amongst each other. My shoulders have been dry ever since, caused by the strain of the bag itself. And to top it off, they have underpaid me and I've asked other people who have the same problem.

Pros

Literally the only pro is you get into an event for free

Cons

No breaks and no water if you do not reach their unrealistic sale expectation, no access to personal belongings even on the 5 minute break I had to beg for. After walking around with a 18kg keg on my back without sitting down for 2 hours, perching on a wall was unrealistic for them and I was told I am "not being paid to sit down". Told to go home after I tried to sit down on my break, and have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. Supervisors sat down all day on their phones and smoking while we slaved away and weren't even allowed toilet breaks. Tips go in the pocket of supervisors and they do not speak English around employees. Overall I am appalled with how I was treated along with my colleagues for that day. I did not return for the next day as their attitude was that disgusting. If I could give a lower rating I would.

Pros

You get to go to some nice sport events and feel the atmosphere. Yet you can't really watch or fully enjoy the event itself

Cons

Terrible working conditions. You have to beg your 'managers' even for going to the toilet. Once I went to work in Reading. Left London at 8am on a Saturday and came back at 7pm. I got paid £17 that day (of course my money came into my bank account at least 30 days later). The lunch wasn't even provided and that wasn't communicated. If I bought my lunch that day I would have probably earned £10 in the end...
