      Good Salary, Good benefits, flexible policies and kind coworkers

      For the grant funding my project specifically, the two heads of the project could never seem to agree on anything and they butted heads consistently, oftentimes leaving me with nothing to do. The project ended early.

      Good benefits. Very nice office setup and views.

      Cons

      Non existent management/leadership. A bullying environment was allowed. Horrible pay. No one gets along in that department, It has a horrible reputation. Turnaround is constant. HR does nothing to better the situation.
