      Interesting topics of research, get to meet kind coworkers...

      Cons

      long hours (work after 5, many late evenings), management, some meetings annoying.... disorganized at times.... some higher ups seem a bit psychopathic.

      Good benefits. Very nice office setup and views.

      Cons

      Non existent management/leadership. A bullying environment was allowed. Horrible pay. No one gets along in that department, It has a horrible reputation. Turnaround is constant. HR does nothing to better the situation.
