      It's employee friendly. Employees are not micro managed. Great benefits including your birthday off. Great management and supervisory team.

      Cons

      There is no downside. Wish this company was in other states and one can easily transfer when relocating.

      Good benefits. Very nice office setup and views.

      Cons

      Non existent management/leadership. A bullying environment was allowed. Horrible pay. No one gets along in that department, It has a horrible reputation. Turnaround is constant. HR does nothing to better the situation.
