Pros
Upper management within the department was supportive. They expect you to be sharp and if you are, you'll do fine. Once they decide they like you, you'll stay and stay. Saw this happen with a lot of the temp workers. Generally do a good job of communicating to employees what's going on in the company.
Cons
Headquarters is a long way from Manhattan. Departments are pretty segregated from each other, so it's hard to get to know people if you don't work with them.
