      I think MJHS pays higher than most of the competing companies and the benefits are very good.

      Management either micromanages or your concerns fall of deaf ears.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Very nice office setup and views.

      Cons

      Non existent management/leadership. A bullying environment was allowed. Horrible pay. No one gets along in that department, It has a horrible reputation. Turnaround is constant. HR does nothing to better the situation.
