Upper management administers periodic (every two years or so) massive, unsubstantiated lay offs. Good productive workers, in good standing, laid off. For those who have been employed longer, it creates an uncertain work environment.

I am sorry that your experience at MJHS did not work out for you and wish you well in your future endeavors.
Non existent management/leadership. A bullying environment was allowed. Horrible pay. No one gets along in that department, It has a horrible reputation. Turnaround is constant. HR does nothing to better the situation.
