Pros

As a graduate, you must start somewhere to get that ‘experience’. But please consider other places first.

Cons

Unnecessary filing and photocopying duties for graduates. Even if you have a BSc and/or MSc, you need several people to proof read your one line emails to clients. Very old fashioned and traditional management style. Best to avoid company if you have other options.

Pros

Makes you realise there are other companies and opportunities outside of MJCA

Cons

1) Severe micromanagement of people and work. 2) Inconsistent and inefficient process of proof-reading of all written communication (all emails, reports etc). 3) Archaic system of filing and storing documents - graduates can spends hours in the attic looking for old hard copies of correspondence with clients.
